Luxury Playstyle - COVID-19 Safety Management

Luxury Playstyle is committed to a safe environment for its staff and customers, and are working hard to reduce risk from COVID-19. We've even decided to allocate all of our profits for 2020 towards COVID-19 relief efforts and essential workers.

As an online retailer, we have a number of hygiene and safety policies, some of which are captured below. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or special requirements for your orders.

  • Screening staff members - All staff members are screened daily for temperature and respiratory illness symptoms before working. In the event of signs of illness, staff will not interact with products or other staff directly.
  • Hand sanitizing - All staff members are required to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizers regularly through the day. Special care is taken to do so before handling products/packaging and after handling incoming new materials.
  • Respiratory etiquette - All staff members wear a filtering face mask while preparing or shipping products and packages for customers. All staff members are required to cover coughs and sneezes as a part of daily respiratory etiquette.
  • Social distancing - All staff members maintain at least 6' of distance from others whenever possible. When there is a chance of proximity to others, all staff wears face masks around all other people who are not members of their household, including vendors, customers, service workers, and staff.
  • Cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation- Incoming materials and products are disinfected and wiped regularly, including using germicidal UVC lamp exposure to add additional disinfecting coverage on incoming supplies. Active ventilation is maintained with regular filter changes in workspaces.
